Ok, I know this isn't the place, but you wanted a laugh and you wanted a story that we remember at Christmas each year. Get ready for a doozie ...

The first time (ha!) I lost about 80 pounds, I was young and unmarried, and thought I was looking pretty good. Well, a couple of friends and I went to Memphis to do some Christmas shopping. The huge popular mall we were in was filled to capacity with shoppers. One of my friends and I needed to drain our radiators, so we went into a pizza shop in the mall.

These folks had the oddest restroom I had ever seen before -- or since. The building was narrow and deep. The women's B/R was in the very back on the right. When we entered into the tiny B/R, there were two commodes. Two commodes and no divider. We really had to go, so we just looked at each other and said "whatever."

My friend went in first, so the toilet paper was on her side. I remember she rolled off enough for an elephant. We hurried up to finish because our other friend was anxious to get on the road to come back home.

I came out of the B/R first and let her go ahead of me. Ok, I know I have gone for the long buildup, but I'm like Amy -- I like to work up the curiosity. Ok, so on with the story...

Visualize. As we are going out the long narrow building, I'm looking around and lots of people are looking at us. So, you know it -- you know what I'm thinking... I must really be looking good today. For Amy - lmbo!

We go through this long building out into the general area of the mall with all these people and they are still looking, staring, pointing, talking, but we're in a hurry and it still hasn't sunk in. We enter the Penney's store and have to walk all the way through the store to get to the parking lot -- people still looking.

As we get near the car, my B/R buddy falls in behind me and she starts howling with laughter. I'm like, what's the big deal?!

The big deal is that when I wiped and threw that huge elephant-sized wad of paper through my legs and out the other side (or what I thought was the other side), it had hung in the waistband of my pants and I was dragging it like the train on a wedding dress!!! Not just a short piece, but I am dragging it on the ground behind me!

My Mama couldn't believe I told it on myself, but I said that all over the South during the holidays, people are repeating the story about the woman at the mall dragging the toilet paper behind her.

Ok, Amy. I hope you are Laughing Your Butt Off. See if you can top that one!

P.S. You know I love you and have you and your family constantly on my mind and in my prayers.
