Tell me who gets the cool mom award ? I may not be able to hold my head up....BUT I found Twilight online and Emily has been watching it nonstop. Santa came early for Emily.

DEAL! my youngest and i watched it snuggled up on thanksgiving when it was just the two of us home alone ... it was such a nice quiet snuggly time... merry xmas emily... you ARE the coolest mom ;)!

I found the Twilight book at walmart for 7.64!!! My daughter is getting it for Christmas

Just starting to follow....just want to let you know you've got one more prayer person on this end. Read your first post, and your blog is very worthy! Glad that you have the courage to be so real. It is ok to let down, don't always have to be the strong one. But who am I to have any idea of what you are going through. Just know that I don't see how anyone could fault you for having real feeling, it will make you and your family healthier to "feel" it all together than keep it bottled inside. Hang in there - I hope you and your family have a wonderful Christmas
It was finally announced that the movie New Moon will be out Nov 2009. Yay!! They really need rehab for this. lol

I just found you and your blog through SITS. First, your Emily sounds so much like my 11 year old Emma! Emma will have to tell Emily the bad news, I'm afraid, that she (emma) will be marrying Edward. LOL.
Second, may I just say you are inspirational and amazing? I have a son, now 22, that has a congenital disease that we have dealt with since birth as well. I honestly can tell you I have not been so graceful and strong as you are. And Phillip will forever be in my prayers, with my boy, Sean.
Amy, please be strong and beat this. Scream, yell, hit things. Get mad. It can be and will be a fight you will win. Phillip needs you, and God knows this. I am mad at God after reading this. But I am also praying, from this moment on, for you and your family. God knows I get mad, hehe, but he also knows I expect miracles. Often. And I don't think he likes to hear from me when I'm pissed. So just know that I have put in a demand (uh, request) for a miracle (2) for you and Phillip.
