Notice anything "special" about this picture? The Dr and Nurses get a laugh each time they come in the room and see his cute toes.
It gave me a little shock when I saw them in the ER...
I guess Emily played some secret dress up..hummm

Big sister is up to her tricks again...lol! Maybe it is left over from dressing him up like a cheerleader. LOL!
