Hi/Lo Thursday

I can not get the link to work..But My sweet friend Michelle has a wonderful Thursday blog idea. Hop over and take a look. Their daughter Sweet Abby has stolen my heart and Cole Tre talks to her everyday on the computer screen.

OUR HIGHS...There are some wonderful blessings this week.
Philip made it through his first stage of his operation. The Dr got the tube placed in the spine where he wanted it to go. With the past spinal operations, that was a worry. So Thank You God. Philip is still here with us and we are blessed beyond belief with being his parents.
Jim still had his job, one more week down.
Philip and I still have coverage for our medical issues.
I still have insurance for my treatments. And for my up coming PET scan and MRI. This have been big worry.
I have felt such support from my online blog has lifted me up on some hard days and may 2 am sleepless nights.

OUR LOWS...Concerns for Philip's health after the operation. As of this morning his levels are very off and he is going to need to have some treatments to help with this. Some serious next steps for his path to the next more difficult operation.
Today is Thursday that means long day of treatment for me.
Both Jim and I are worried that he will be laid off within days.
Some feelings I am dealing with ..that in truth are not good for me..Sometimes holding in hurt feelings is wrong but it is hard to just let them go. Working on that everyday lately. I never want to be bitter...ever.

Hi Amy!
We all got our Twilight shirts from Hot Topic. They have a website.

I wanted a Canon, really wanted a Rebel. But that price tag was a bit higher. I asked around & read reviews about the one I got. While I was debating about it, it went on sale for $50 off so I made the purchase. With tax I ended up spending $383. One of my friends already has it & she was/is really pleased with it.

And here is the other I was debating:

Hey Amy!
Hope your treatment goes off today without any hitches...I'm praying for you, as I always do! Can you feel the vibes? :) I'm praying for Philip, too, that tomorrow will be better than today. I'm lifting Jim up in my prayers as I know the job situation is a huge worry for him...for all of you. Hold on to that faith, girl!

I just read your 2 AM post...I was almost up at that hour! Always gives your mind time to wander, doesn't it? Worry is a big part of it, I know. I'm not going to tell you not to worry because I think that's an impossibility. I'm a worry wart by nature, so I have no room to talk. Just know that we're here for you through your times of highs and lows. We're not going anywhere...we'll see you through!

Hi Amy, I just wanted to let you know that I am still keeping up with you. Being on forums together and reading your blogs makes me feel like I know you and I just want to head down to Florida and give you a big hug. Good luck today, I remember how boring the chemo rooms are. Do you take magazines or something to keep you busy? You and your family are in my prayers.

Oh I hope your worries of Jim losing his job don't come true, but if they do I'm sure you guys can bounce back. I'm so happy to hear the surgery went well, good luck with all the future trips to the hospital!
