Kitchen update

I thought I would post some pictures of the kitchen. From where we were to where we are and oh please let me able to paint a picture of the final kitchen soon.

As you may recall we had water damage...so please ignore how gross it looked when they pulled everything out and let's try to focus on how wonderful it is going to look when it is complete. Complete...ahh....just the thought of it...

Amy, you're a girl after my own heart. I love tin ceiling and was thinking about putting it behind the sink, stove, etc. Love it!

Love, love, LOVE the copper back splash! I wanted that when I did my kitchen 3 years ago...but it didn't happen, I do have a copper covered tile and it is beautiful, but the copper pressed tin is what I wanted. You will love it. I love copper, I have a collection of antique copper teapots around the top of my cabinets.

Hi,
I just read your "raw emotions" post and wanted you to know, beginning today, I'll be praying for you. I can't imagine what you must be feeling and experiencing, but I have experienced some major, life altering traumas in my life and want you to know, the only reason I am still here, alive and healthy is GOD. He is SO very faithful to make His presence SO known to us in rough times, and in good times. He even says, "I'll never leave you or forsake you", and my life is living proof of it. He is available to you, too...anytime. Please know I am praying and standing for your total and complete healing, that you will be in better physical shape than you even were before. If I can do anything, pray for you, etc. please feel free to contact me anytime!

We had a kitchen re-do this spring and part of the summer. It was a long and messy ordeal, but so worth it in the end! It's going to be wonderful!
