Merry Christmas

I just could not let today go by without wishing all of you a Merry Christmas. This past year has been one filled with many up's and down's. But I know without a doubt I am blessed beyond anything I deserve...Our family is together . I never want to take that for granted. Seeing the kids at Christmas this morning shooting Nerf bullets at each other like little kids...was just what I needed. I hope I never forget the cute smiles and laughing as the older ones acted like crazy fools...LOL
I had some packages under the tree from a few of my wonderful Blog friends. I never open gifts before Christmas..I love to have surprises on Christmas...and wow I was surprised. Thank you and I will be emailing you all soon. But for now just know I was shocked and as Emily said when I opened the...Mom are you crying? Yes Emily...but they are just sweet tears..the best kind. So Thank you so much.
I can not wait to show you all a picture of all the cards I have gotten. I have so enjoyed getting them each day in the mail. And wow the words of wisdom...what a blessing. You all are VERY smart ladies. I am reminded daily...I am NOT alone. Thank You ALL.
I have a lot of medical updates...but you know what...Not today. This medical stuff has taken too much away from the holidays already...and I just do not want to make this about that today. There will be plenty of time for that...right?
I know I say it often but I need to say it again...I have never felt as blessed and loved as I do right now. Things are hard and scary..I am worn down but I am not alone.
Merry Christmas...

Amy, you are in my thoughts and prayers. God is with you, upholding you in the palm of His right hand. Your family loves you so much. My parents being ill has put a dark cloud over my holiday, funny how when I looked at things differently that dark cloud became showers of blessings..... God loves you my friend and He will take care of you.

SO glad you got to have that moment in the moment. Leave it to kids to make the day better! NOTHING better than Christmas through the eyes of a little child to make everyone smile. My kids are sitting here right now having the time of their lives with a package of Chinese handcuffs- oh the simple things!
